Qualifications

• Education in construction technology preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to read blueprints/shop drawings.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Work in varying weather conditions; environment may be loud.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CRG Residential projects.
• Maintain an organized job site and trailer.
• Manage material inventory and deliveries.
• Track subcontractor manpower daily.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules with the Superintendent.
• Schedule inspections and order materials.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Promote job-site safety and address hazards.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers.
• Supervise final punch lists for turnover.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Manage quality control procedures.
• Maintain cost controls as assigned.
• Handle paperwork for material deliveries.
• Coordinate weekly project and safety meetings.
• Maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
