Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Proven executive chef leadership across multiple accounts.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, sanitation, and kitchen operations management.
• Ability to travel extensively (approximately 85%).
• Residence within commuting distance to a major airport.
• Experience with new account openings, launches, or renovations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership across accounts during transitions, openings, or growth.
• Assess operations and implement practical solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and recipe execution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and allergens.
• Support kitchen readiness, menu implementation, and team training for new openings.
• Mentor and develop culinary teams through coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Contribute to culinary standards, SOPs, and training resources across the portfolio.
• Build relationships with clients and operations teams to foster collaboration.
