Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Traveling Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across multiple dining accounts. This hands-on leader serves as acting Executive Chef where needed, builds strong teams, and drives consistency in food quality and service across sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership, experience in high-volume environments, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training required.
• Five or more years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice environments.
• Proven ability to manage food costs, labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Act as Acting Executive Chef or culinary leader at locations during leadership absences.
• Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise associates.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and product utilization.
• Support client and company culinary initiatives.
• Travel frequently to new accounts and set up teams.
