Sharp Spoon Network is recruiting a Traveling Executive Chef to lead high-volume, fine-dining quality operations across the United States. The role demands hands-on cooking, menu development, and strict quality standards for 1,000+ meals per service.

You will oversee kitchens, manage purchasing, inventory, labor costs, and scheduling while traveling to diverse deployment sites and maintaining exceptional food quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years holding the Executive Chef title.
• 1,000+ meals produced in a single meal service.
• Leadership of 30+ kitchen employees.
• Fewer than four employers in the last ten years.
• Hands-on cooking and culinary leadership.
• Experience delivering fine-dining quality at scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead production of 1,000+ meals per service.
• Develop menus reflecting fine-dining standards.
• Maintain flavor, texture, temperature, and presentation.
• Direct scratch cooking and large-batch recipe execution.
• Scale recipes without compromising quality.
• Establish tasting and quality-control standards.
• Train cooks to reproduce high-quality dishes.
• Balance speed, efficiency, and quality in operations.
• Lead nationwide deployments and remote facilities.
