Compass Group USA’s Flik Hospitality is seeking a Traveling Executive Chef to oversee culinary functions for a dining account. You will lead a team of associates, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive culinary excellence on site.

Responsibilities include cost control, menu planning, inventory management, and launching new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
