Job summary

FoodieLand is seeking an Event Services Associate to support our Events Team with vendor services and day-to-day operations, working both in-office and on-site across nationwide events.

This hands-on, traveling role requires domestic travel within the continental United States, about 90 travel days per year, and weekend work during event weeks, calling for strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in event operations, customer service, vendor support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors and business partners in person, over email, and by phone.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work weekends during event weeks.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
  • Ability to assist with physical tasks related to event setup when required.

Responsibilities

  • Support vendor services and day-to-day event operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and B2B customers in-office and on-site.
  • Assist with event setup and logistics during events.
  • Travel domestically; approximately 90 travel days per year.
  • Work weekends during event weeks as needed.
