FoodieLand is the leading food festival producer in the United States. Operating over 22+ events with a total attendance of over 2M annually. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, energetic Event Coordinator to join our team and help manage vendor relations and event logistics.
The Event Coordinator supports the administrative team in planning, organizing, and executing events, with a primary focus on venue coordination and logistics. This role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, ensuring that event spaces are properly prepared, schedules are followed, and all venue‑related elements run smoothly before, during, and after each event.
Note: This position requires domestic travel within the continental United States as part of the job. The Event Coordinator can expect to travel approximately 22 weeks per year. All work‑related travel expenses are covered by the company.
Starting at $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
