This Is It! Southern Kitchen & BBQ is a leading global event management company that operates over 100 events annually in more than 50 countries. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Staff for off-site events.

As an Event Staff member, you will prepare and run menus, floral arrangements, and setup/breakdown tasks, manage dedicated event duties, and serve guests along food lines. The role requires travel and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel frequently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run all standard food and beverage menus for each event.
• Prepare and run all floral arrangements for each event.
• Prepare and run all setup and breakdown lists for each event.
• Set up and break down all equipment used in food and beverage events.
• Perform special projects such as catering orders or set decorating.
• Serve guests as they pass through lines as a Line Server.
