Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced electrical/energy management leader for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of electrical trades experience in energy control (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Thermal) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of LOTO, NFPA codes and practices, and NFPA 70E.
• Advanced knowledge of MEP systems and ability to interpret complex one-line drawings.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, owner project requirements, drawings, specifications, system schematics, sequence of operations, MEP scopes of work and project schedule.
• Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills; capacity to assess problems and conflicts.

• Oversee, review, and approve energy management permits and collaborate with stakeholders for comprehensive review.
• Serve as driver of decision making impacting energization on the project.
• Lead/root cause analyses and engage subcontractors and Turner leadership on dispute resolution.
• Oversee subcontractor development and verify site processes and permit approvals before work begins.
• Establish program to educate and validate project teams on LOTO and ensure adherence.
• Verify controlled access for energized rooms and systems on the project.
• Verify qualifications and competence of staff for high-risk activities (LDL, infrared scanning).
• Develop electrical safety training orientation and assess implementation on site.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date complex single-line diagrams and commissioning readiness.
• Participate in hiring, provide performance feedback, and support coaching/mentoring.
• Other duties as assigned.
