Job summary

Strata Clean Energy seeks a General Electrical Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise Electrical Superintendents on utility-scale solar sites across the United States. This role demands strong leadership, field expertise, and a contractor mindset to ensure safe, efficient electrical installations.

The position requires extensive experience in DC collection systems, cabling, grounding, and adherence to electrical codes, with travel as a core component of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction supervision role.
• Minimum of 10 years of verifiable electrical installation experience.
• OSHA 30 certification
• Must read construction drawings and develop working plans for implementation.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality electrical installations on solar projects.
• Lead field crews and coordinate with peers and directors.
• Ensure electrical safety requirements, PPE, LOTO, and arc flash compliance.
• Monitor performance, schedule, and resource use to meet project guidelines.
• Review drawings and RFIs with engineers before field execution.
• Maintain and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
