Qualifications

• Operations management experience required.
• Prefer 15 years of electrical construction experience with 10 years at supervisory level.
• Knowledge of job scheduling and cost control required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise successful electrical project completion.
• Foster collaboration, safety, and quality culture.
• Develop relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Skills

Operations management experience

15 years of extensive electrical construction experience

5 years' experience in utility scale solar construction

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, and IEEE standards

Experience with MV testing and terminations

Extensive knowledge of PV solar systems

Strong knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning
