Job summary

SOLV Energy is looking for an Operations Electrical Superintendent to supervise electrical projects and ensure successful completion. This role involves significant travel and combines work in the office and at job sites.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of electrical construction experience, including 10 years in a supervisory position, and knowledge of utility-scale solar construction.

Qualifications

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience with 10 years at a supervisory level.
• Working knowledge of job scheduling and planning.
• Proficient in underground electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects ensuring successful completion.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in Safety Training Programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.

Skills

Operations management experience

Electrical construction experience

Utility scale solar construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, IEEE standards

Cost control knowledge

MV testing and terminations experience

SCADA systems experience

Electrical testing and commissioning knowledge
