Job summary

Strata Clean Energy seeks a General Electrical Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise electrical installations on utility-scale solar sites across the United States. Travel is required and leadership of field crews is essential to meet project timelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to safety standards, and expertise in BOS systems, transformers, inverters, and grounding. Expect to collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver quality solar builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Minimum 10 years of verifiable electrical installation experience.
• Proficiency in installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of DC and medium voltage cables.
• Preference for electrical/renewable energy experience.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes high-quality electrical installations for solar projects.
• Leads field crews; manages manpower, schedule, and resources.
• Ensures compliance with safety requirements and SOPs.
• Reviews drawings and RFIs; transmits plans to field crews accurately.
• Completes daily/weekly progress reports and forecasts.
