SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical projects across various job sites. This role requires strong supervisory skills and extensive experience in electrical construction, particularly in utility scale solar.

Formación

• 15 years of extensive electrical construction experience preferred with 10 years at a supervisory level.
• 5 years’ experience in utility scale solar construction preferred.
• Valid current driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise electrical projects to ensure successful project completion.
• Promote collaboration, safety, and quality in the workplace.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to drive project objectives.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status.

Conocimientos

Operations management experience

Electrical construction experience

Utility scale solar construction experience

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC, IEEE standards

Job scheduling and planning

MV testing and terminations

SCADA systems experience

Knowledge of PV solar systems

Underground electrical installations proficiency

Electrical testing and commissioning knowledge
