Bancroft Staffing Partners is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on data center and mission-critical projects nationwide.

This role requires extensive travel, on-site leadership, and coordination with Project Management, General Contractors, clients, and field teams to keep safety, quality, and schedule on track.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Proven track record as Electrical Superintendent or senior field leader.
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical means, methods, sequencing, and NEC requirements.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily electrical field operations on large-scale projects.
• Manage foremen, field crews, and subcontractors; plan manpower.
• Coordinate installation activities with PMs, GCs, engineers, and vendors.
• Drive project schedules and production goals.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, and project requirements.
• Ensure QA/QC standards and compliance with codes.

Compensation: $160K-260K (DOE)

THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects.

• This position is ideal for a proven electrical field leader who can manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and installation from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.
• The Superintendent will serve as a key on-site leader, working closely with Project Management, General Contractors, clients, and field teams to keep projects safe, productive, organized, and on schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily electrical field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.
• Manage electrical foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and manpower planning.
• Coordinate installation activities with Project Managers, General Contractors, engineers, vendors, and other trades.
• Drive project schedules, short-term planning, sequencing, and production goals.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, RFIs, and project requirements.
• Oversee installation of electrical distribution, feeders, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, controls, grounding, and related mission-critical infrastructure.
• Monitor labor productivity, manpower utilization, materials, equipment, and field progress.
• Maintain strong QA/QC standards and ensure installations meet project specifications and applicable codes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Prior experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Superintendent, or Senior Field Leader.
• Strong preference for experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced technology, semiconductor, or similarly complex electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction means, methods, sequencing, and NEC requirements.
• Experience managing large crews and multiple electrical scopes simultaneously.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively for projects nationwide.
