Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent for data center projects. You will lead elite electrical crews on large, fast‑tracked builds, coordinating with PMs, GCs, and client reps to keep schedules on track.

Ideal candidates have a background in mission‑critical, industrial, or large commercial projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and commissioning support across complex electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Electrical construction experience at Superintendent level.
• Experience on mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• Ability to lead crews, communicate clearly, and drive results.
• Familiarity with construction project tools such as Procore/Bluebeam/PlanGrid/BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations on large-scale data center projects.
• Lead electrical crews and foremen with confidence and energy.
• Drive productivity, safety, and quality across all phases of construction.
• Coordinate with PMs, GCs, engineers, and client reps to keep projects moving.
• Review drawings, specs, and BIM models to ensure accurate installation.
• Solve problems in real time and keep your team ahead of schedule.
• Support commissioning, QA/QC, and turnover on complex electrical systems.

What You Bring:
