Jobot is seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent for a multi-year, data center project in Indianapolis. You will oversee all electrical construction activities, manage a team of electricians, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a hyperscale facility.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in electrical supervision, experience with large budgets, union work history, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills; travel will be extensive.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Mission-critical data center project experience preferred; EV or Pharma acceptable.
• Strong site coordination and budgeting capabilities.
• Union experience required or held in the past.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects.

We are seeking a Senior Traveling Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all electrical-related activities on our large-scale, mission critical Data Center project, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the electrical construction process, including design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and oversee team of ~100 Electricians, ensuring their work meets our quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components of projects.
• Handle mission-critical aspects of projects, ensuring all electrical systems are robust and reliable.
• Work on hyperscale projects, managing the electrical needs of large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
• Proven experience working on large-scale projects with budgets of $500M+.
• Demonstrated expertise in mission-critical data center projects, however experience with EV, Pharma, or related are acceptable.
• Strong skills in site coordination, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Proven ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
• Must have experience working in a Union currently or in the past.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
