Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and labor crews to meet the project Master Schedule. The role requires proven supervision experience, leadership ability, and strict adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Expect travel across the US, including potential projects in TX and other states, with opportunities in MasTec’s general building operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a construction Superintendent (10+ years if no degree)
• Structural Steel experience
• PEMB Experience
• Prior data center project experience required
• OSHA certification and safety standards knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera, MS Office, and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to meet the Master Schedule
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate construction activities with teams and inspectors
• Ensure plans, specifications, codes, and design documents are followed
• Travel up to 100% across US for various projects
