Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across large industrial and commercial projects.

This executive role requires identifying, pursuing, and delivering multiple projects with a focus on client satisfaction and profitability. The position involves extensive US travel (up to 100%) to support various projects and locations nationwide, with potential sites including TX and other states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience
• 10 to 20 Years of experience as a Project manager on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Review bid specs and develop contingency plans.
• Manage subcontractor scope, contracts, and risks.
• Build relationships with clients and architects/engineers.
• Oversee on-site Superintendents to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP packages with estimating department.
