Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Field Engineer to manage construction work packages across multiple disciplines. The role includes quantity takeoffs, procurement support, and maintaining project documentation on large industrial sites across the United States.

You will travel extensively (up to 90%), participate in safety programs, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead 1-2 Field Engineers and support up to 50 personnel on projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost forecasting abilities.
• Experience with safety programs and toolbox meetings required.

Responsibilities

• Represent professionally in client interactions.
• Prepare and review daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and value schedules.
