Job summary

Integrated Building Solutions seeks an Associate Electrical Project Manager – Traveling to support electrical, fire, and HVAC project oversight across North America. You will assist with estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field-to-office reporting while traveling up to 50% of the time.

This role requires a proactive communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with trade or college PM training.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with a design-build contractor.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with project estimating.
• Learn and assist with project scheduling.
• Learn, assist, and perform oversight and management of subcontractors.
• Support Directors and Project Managers with administrative tasks; writing purchase orders, subcontract agreements, statement of work, etc.
• Develop field to office data into customer facing reports.
• Communicate with and gather data from electrical utility companies.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency; maintain, meet, or exceed construction standards/codes.
• Develop/maintain customer relationships to secure future work.
• Assist with onsite electrical testing.
