Job summary

Clear. is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, delivering on safety, schedule and budget.

You will lead diverse teams across sites and markets, ensuring quality and profitable performance on complex electrical construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, effective client relationship management, and the willingness to travel across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within electrical construction.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, mixed-use environments.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems.
• Experience coordinating with field teams and management.
• Ability to manage budgets, change orders, and procurement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of electrical construction projects within schedule and budget.
• Build and lead project teams while maintaining quality.
• Manage project financial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
• Establish project schedules, staffing and procurement strategies.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications for risks.
• Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.
• Maintain client and stakeholder communications throughout.
• Coordinate subcontractors and third-party partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Provide leadership and development to project staff.
• Support estimating, procurement and field operations.
• Contribute to business development through client relationships.
