Qualifications

• Successful track record demonstrating full understanding of project-management responsibilities.
• Extensive experience in electrical project management, including tenant improvement and light commercial work.
• Ability to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent-of-completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical services and improvements.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
