Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years as a Foreman on large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; experience with company systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope.
• Identify risks to cover related costs.
• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Lead electricians, assign tasks, supply materials/equipment.
• Track crew hours, procurement, scheduling, reporting.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce PPE usage.
• Run conduit/wire and install/terminate devices.
• Troubleshoot and perform quality control testing.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys, kickoff meetings, progress walks, turnover.
