Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical projects nationwide from Texas. Youll oversee ground-up to remodels, ensure safety, and drive quality through your crew.

The role offers substantial travel (up to 75%), nights and weekends as needed, and opportunities to advance within a large, established contractor. Benefits include strong weekly pay with a night differential, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Proficient in electrical system installation and troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel up to 75% including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders.
• Basic computer skills and reliable transportation with personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up to remodels.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion.
• Complete documentation and correspondence.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for retail clients.
• Order, receive, and distribute materials.
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.
