Job summary

Rogers Electric seeks Traveling Small Projects Foreman to join our team. You will lead field crews on electrical projects, plan staffing, review drawings, and manage scope and quality across sites with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years supervising large electrical projects as Foreman.
• Knowledge of electrical installations including lighting, HVAC, conduit, branch devices.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects
• Analyzes bid documents and site conditions to outline scope and general conditions
• Identifies risks in scope of work to ensure related costs are covered
• Establishes objectives, policies, and performance standards to complete scope per contract
• Manages electricians, assigns daily tasks, and provides materials/equipment
• Manages labor hours, procurement, scheduling equipment, and daily reports
• Leads safety meetings and ensures PPE compliance
• Runs conduit/wire and terminates devices
• Troubleshoots and performs quality control testing
• Conducts pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, and turnover
