Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical projects across ground-up construction to remodels. You will train and supervise crews, read blueprints, manage materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, strong installation skills, and are willing to travel up to 75%, including nights and weekends. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

• Proficient in electrical system installation.
• Willing to travel up to 75%, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift, move heavy objects, and work on ladders.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and personal hand tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members.
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion.
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence.
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients.
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials.
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff.
