Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking a skilled Service Foreman to lead field crews on commercial electrical projects, planning, scheduling, and supervising tasks while ensuring safety and budget adherence.

This role demands extensive hands-on electrical experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong communication with teams and clients. A proven track record of delivering quality work and coordinating with Project Managers is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Foreman on large electrical projects.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing.
• Analyze bid documents and site conditions to outline scope.
• Identify risks to cover costs.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure PPE use.
• Manage electricians, tasks, and materials.
• Track labor hours and procurement, schedule equipment.
• Conduct pre-bid surveys and turnover activities.
