Job summary

Rogers Electric, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking a Service Foreman to lead field teams on commercial projects. You will plan, staff, and manage scope, costs, and schedules, while ensuring safety and quality across installations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a commercial electrician, 3+ years as a foreman, and strong blueprint reading skills, with ProCore and Excel/Word proficiency. Willingness to travel and work varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating, navigating, and updating company systems.
• Proficiency with ProCore for daily reports and progress documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyzes bid documents and site conditions to outline scope and costs.
• Identifies risks in scope to ensure costs are covered.
• Establishes objectives and standards to complete work per contract documents.
• Manages electricians, assigns daily tasks, and ensures proper materials and equipment.
• Monitors crew labor, procurement, scheduling, and daily progress reporting.
• Leads safety meetings and ensures PPE usage by crew.
• Runs conduit/wire and installs/terminates devices.
• Performs quality control testing and troubleshooting.
• Conducts pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, and turnover activities.
