Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles with understanding of electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities focused on quality results.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers and electricians.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians for complex issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain documentation of service activities, work orders, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, codes and regulations.
