Job summary

Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality across projects. You will coordinate service assignments, provide technical guidance, and mentor technicians.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients, project managers, and diverse teams while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including clients and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians, troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, work orders, equipment records and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through development initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
