Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master electrical license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to supervise a team.
• Ability to train and mentor field technicians and address skill gaps.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for electrical issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians to close skill gaps through coaching.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
