Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality across projects. The role requires coordination of service assignments, technical guidance, and strong collaboration with project managers and clients.

Travel is required with flexibility to meet project demands, while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship across sites.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and contractors.
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Conduct site inspections for OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain documentation of service activities and work orders.
• Mentor field technicians and address skill gaps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry codes and regulations.
