Job summary

Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead and coordinate field crews on electrical service projects. You will oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across sites.

Ideal candidates have an electrical license (Journeyman or Master) or substantial field experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide technicians and collaborate with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical license (Journeyman or Master) or be in progress with strong field experience.
• Proven leadership and communication skills for field teams.
• Experience supervising electricians and coordinating field service activities.
• Strong problem-solving and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians in the field, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate service assignments, including installs and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Inspect sites for OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver projects.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records.
• Mentor field technicians and address skill gaps.
