Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead field teams, oversee installation, maintenance, and service work, and ensure safety and quality on-site.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of service activities, including work orders and inspections.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching.
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
