Job summary

Amteck is seeking an experienced traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead field crews on diverse projects across multiple sites. You will supervise electricians, assign tasks, ensure safety, and uphold quality standards while coordinating schedules with project managers and clients.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to train and mentor technicians. A journeyman or master license is preferred but not required; willing to travel and adapt to a dynamic

Qualifications

• Active journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service or related roles with strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for supervising a team.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, PMs, and electricians; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments including installations and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues to resolve them timely.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of service activities, work orders and inspections.
• Train and mentor field technicians to address skill gaps through coaching.
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
