Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installs, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, equipment records, and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, identifying skill gaps and coaching
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
