MedCap Health is seeking a Regional Clinical Director for a fully remote, full-time role guiding consultative services across multiple states. You will lead high-impact clinical strategy, collaborate with physicians, executives, NPs, PAs, and facility teams, and define protocols to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years NP experience in PALTC/SNF/LTACH, MSN with multi-state license, and a strong background in CMS regulations, value-based care, and care coordination

Qualifications

• MSN and NP license required with multi-state eligibility.
• 10+ years NP experience in PALTC/SNF/LTACH settings.
• 5+ years leadership/education/program development experience.
• Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or ID.
• Proven success building and leading NP teams.
• Strong CMS regulation knowledge, documentation standards, and value-based care.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and expand consult services across multiple states.
• Collaborate with physician specialists, executives, NPs, PAs, and facility teams.
• Define clinical protocols and oversee quality metrics.
• Mentor providers and manage multi-site operations.
• Monitor dashboards, ensure CMS/state compliance, and lead RCAs as needed.
• Align strategy, quality, workforce development, and operational execution.
