Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services seeks a Regional Director of Specialized Services to oversee specialty clinical programs across facilities in Massachusetts. You will lead program teams, monitor performance, and align initiatives with organizational goals to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires prior program leadership, MA licensure (RN/LPN/RT/DOR), and strong data-driven decision making. A strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Program Director or other Managerial position.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (such as Respiratory, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Nephrology and Orthopedics)
• Current Massachusetts state licensure required RN, LPN, RT or DOR.
• Strong knowledge of performance evaluation techniques, program metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and program management software, including PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of specialty clinical programs across assigned facilities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to internal program teams.
• Monitor program performance, metrics, and outcomes and communicate progress to management.
• Analyze program data and develop reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strategies to improve program effectiveness, quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure programs are implemented consistently and align with organizational goals and standards.
• Collaborate with facility and regional leadership to address challenges and support successful program operations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
