Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned leader for a full-time traveling position supporting an Advanced Technology project including Data Centers. The role leads Project Controls and Engineering standardization, engaging with leaders to implement standardized practices and drive cost/schedule discipline.

The position emphasizes cross-functional influence, development of training curricula, and collaboration across Turner units to deploy new technology standards and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of engineering/architectural training
• 12 years of building construction experience with Turner or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and lean Project Controls and Engineering standardization across Turner
• Develop team structure and implement continuous improvement for processes
• Design new operating standards using internal strategy and external trends
• Present status to Regional Operations Group and influence decisions
• Influence senior engineers and operations managers to adopt standardized processes
• Collaborate to analyze project data to keep costs and schedules on track
• Partner with training to align curriculum with standards
• Review service contracts to optimize use of technology
• Roll out new project technology standards and knowledge management practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
