Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned leader to head Project Controls and Engineering standardization for an Advanced Technology project portfolio including Data Centers. The role involves guiding strategy, formalizing operating standards, and coordinating across BU leaders to ensure consistent adoption on traveling projects.

The position requires robust experience in construction management, cost control, scheduling, and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of engineering/architectural training with 12+ years construction exp.
• Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Influence adoption of standard Project Controls and Engineering practices across the company.
• Develop and lead reporting structures; drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Design and develop new operating standards using internal strategy and external trends.
• Present status to Regional Operations Group and influence decision-making.
• Collaborate to ensure 100% compliance with standards on all projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage sensitive stakeholder discussions.
• Partner with training and IS teams to align curricula and technology use.
• Roll out new project tech standards and knowledge management practices.
