Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned leader to head Project Controls and Engineering standardization across critical facilities data center projects. You will influence leadership, shape governance, and drive adoption of standardized practices across business units.

The role requires deep experience in construction controls, scheduling, budgeting, and change management, with travel across sites and collaboration with senior engineers and operations managers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited program or equivalent engineering/architectural training with extensive construction experience.
• Experience leading project controls and engineering standardization across multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and standardize Project Controls and Engineering methodologies across Turner Construction Company.
• Influence leadership to adopt standardized processes, contracts lists, schedule reviews and budget control.
• Collaborate with BU leaders, engineers, and external providers to roll out new standards and training.
