Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned leader to direct Project Controls and Engineering standardization for high-profile data center projects. This traveling role engages senior leaders to drive adoption of standardized controls, processes, and reporting across Turner’s operations.

The position requires a deep background in cost, scheduling, and engineering practices, with the ability to influence decisions and foster continuous improvement across multiple business units and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of engineering/architectural training and at least 12 years of building construction experience with Turner Construction Company.
• Advanced knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering principles and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Lead Project Controls and Engineering standardization across Turner.
• Develop team structure and continuous improvement for current-state processes.
• Present status of standardization to Regional Operations Group leadership.
• Collaborate with BU Senior Engineers and Operations Managers to ensure 100% compliance with standards.
• Partner with Knowledge & Learning Group to define training curriculum.
