Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a dependable Data Center Infrastructure Technician for a remote-based, travel-heavy role in the United States. You will support installation, deployment, remediation, and maintenance of data center equipment and physical infrastructure, following detailed runbooks and client standards.

The position requires hands-on data center work, strong documentation, and readiness for frequent travel to enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center, telecommunications, low-voltage, structured cabling, network deployment, or related field work.
• Experience installing copper and fiber cabling.
• Ability to follow detailed technical instructions, cable schedules, drawings, and runbooks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel, background, drug, safety, and site-access screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Field Installation and Production: Install servers, switches, storage, patch panels, cable managers and related infrastructure.
• Perform rack-and-stack in standard, high-density, and AI-compute cabinets.
• Install, route, dress, label, and connect copper and fiber-optic cabling.
• Verify cable source, destination, port assignment, label, connector type, routing, slack and bend radius.
• Work from cable schedules, rack elevations, port maps, and runbooks.
