Job summary

InfraServices LLC in the United States is seeking a Data Center Technician I to support installation and deployment of data center infrastructure across colocation and enterprise environments. You will perform cable pulling, routing, and basic power and rack installations under supervision, gaining hands-on experience with standards and MACD projects.

This role requires safety focus, reliability, and willingness to travel regionally and nationally; a strong team mindset and attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years or less experience in telecommunications or data centers preferred.
• Must have OSHA 10 Construction Training Card.
• Must have First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with Cat6/6A, MPO, LC, and fiber types.
• Able to read basic floor plans and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of server cabinets and network racks.
• Pull and route copper, coax, and fiber optic cabling.
• Install patch panels, splice trays, and cable enclosures.
• Support basic rack power components including rPDUs.
• Follow drawings, SOWs, and MOPs.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper tool housekeeping.
• Travel regularly to job sites, including overnight stays.
• Complete timecards and administrative records promptly.
• Support QA/QC punch list under supervision.
