Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking Data Center Technician Trainees for a remote, nationwide program in the United States. You will support data center infrastructure, network deployment, rack-and-stack, cabling, documentation, and smart-hands activities under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and progressive competency, with travel-heavy assignments across customer sites, white space, staging areas, and raised floors. Prior data center experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn field work.
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions without repeated correction.
• Basic computer and mobile-device skills.

Responsibilities

• Training and Field Installation Support.
• Assist experienced technicians with rack-and-stack, equipment staging, cabinet preparation, and installation activities.
• Install cable-management hardware, labels, patch cords, and basic cabinet accessories.
• Route, dress, label, and connect copper and fiber-optic cables under supervision.
• Learn proper handling, cleaning, inspection and protection of fiber-optic connectors.
