Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Superintendent with 10+ years of field project management in data center construction. This role requires extensive nationwide travel and a proven ability to lead subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs on complex projects.

You will review design documents, coordinate shop drawings, procure materials, and ensure quality and schedule. Strong leadership, BIM/CAD familiarity, and a track record of value engineering are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of MEP experience in data center construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
