Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling MEP Superintendent to lead field efforts on data center projects nationwide. The role requires independent, hands-on management of multiple sites while coordinating with designers, subcontractors, and operations staff.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of MEP field experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug testing. Travel is a core part of the job, and a collaborative, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of MEP experience in data center construction.
• Post-high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Oversee budgets and safety programs; train personnel.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer across projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team; travel as needed.
