Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling MEP Superintendent to lead subcontractor performance on data center projects nationwide. You will develop and track CPM schedules, manage budgets and safety programs, and ensure quality control on complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in MEP for data centers, strong coordination skills, and willingness to travel extensively. BIM/CAD familiarity and Spanish ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of MEP experience in data center construction.
• Post-high-school education or equivalent in construction field.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and CPM schedules.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound decisions and seek creative solutions with available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with project team.
