Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling MEP Superintendent to lead MEP coordination on data center projects nationwide. This role requires strong subcontractor management, CPM scheduling, budgeting, and safety program oversight to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP for data centers, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. BIM/CAD and MS Project experience are preferred, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MEP experience in data center construction.
• Post-high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problems using all available resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
